1. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page, located at www.sprucecreek1980.com is intended for the personal use of the Members of the Spruce Creek High School Class of 1980, their families, and friends. The intent and purpose of this site is to facilitate contact between members of this class, their friends, and families, and to distribute news of class events, news and information about class members and other related information.
2. The information found on the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page is intended for individual or private use only. The information on this website shall not be used to obtain personal information about any class member for the purpose of commercial gain or solicitation purposes.
3. No individual, entity, or party shall use the information, or links on the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page to harrass or annoy any member of the SCHS Class of 1980 listed on this site. Any person or party identified in violation of this policy, shall be subject to civil liability or criminal prosecution as allowed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Member Privacy Statement
1. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page with the URL of www.sprucecreek1980.com is interested in protecting the privacy of it’s members, and will take as many reasonable steps as necessary to protect that privacy. Since this website is an open site, meaning that the information is available to anyone that has access to the Internet, there are certain levels of privacy that members are able to expect. To help maintain the privacy of its members, the SCHS Class of 1980 will only publish limited information about each member. That information shall be limited to the member’s name, city and state of residence, occupation and place of business, and an e-mail address. Also other information may be published such as personal or family photos, news and information relating to specific members of the class. The SCHS Class of 1980 Will not publish the home or mailing address, or phone number of any member, nor will it release any such information to any individual, party, or entity, without permission of the person(s) involved, unless directed by court order or legal action within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Personal information about class members registered with the site or otherwise may be used for internal purposes only. It is expected that such information shall be rarely, if ever used.
2. Since the information contained on the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page is available to the public through access to the Internet, the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page management shall not be held liable for any damages or consequences of having such information publicly available. The management of the SCHS Class of 1980 will take all reasonable steps in protecting member information, which may include removal of information from the web site, in order to protect the privacy of any member.
3. All information published to the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page has been voluntarily submitted by the members of the SCHS Class of 1980. Any member may request that any information published about them on this site be removed. Such information shall be removed as reasonably practical. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page management, is not responsible for information stored on mirror sites or web page archival sites.
4. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page management shall not publish any member’s information that has been submitted by a third party, unless that member has given that party permission to submit such information. This information shall include photos, news, or other personal information. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page may publish information that has been made public through a reputable news media organization and will provide the source of such information. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page will not publish any gossip, or hearsay information provided by any party.
5. All class members registered with the SCHS Class of 1980 will receive via e-mail, periodic bulletins to inform them of upcoming class events, the web page, requests for contributions, or other related information. These bulletins are directly addressed to each member on our SCHS Class of 1980 E-Mail address list and are intended for the private use of the SCHS Class of 1980 members. Any member that wishes not to be included in these periodic bulletins, may request to have their name and address removed from our website mailing address. Upon receiving that request, the management will remove that member’s name from the list in a timely manner. This mailing list is intended for private use of the SCHS Class of 1980 only, and shall not be supplied to any party or organization for any reason. Nor shall any third party use such lists for any purpose.

1. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page located at URL: www.sprucecreek1980.com is owned and operated by class member Bryan K. Sapienza. Funds to support the costs associated with the operation of this site come from member financial contributions. All funds collected by the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page are used only to pay for the site hosting costs, domain name registration fees, and other expenses. The developer of this site, Bryan Sapienza, does not receive any financial gain or benefit for the development and creation of this site. Any member of the SCHS Class of 1980 may request a copy of a complete financial report of this site at any time. Such reports will be sent to only those individuals who request them, in a timely manner from their request, by e-mail or US Mail.
2. The SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page is hosted by Inter-Access of the Berkshires, a local Internet Service Provider and Host, with offices located on West Housatonic Street in Pittsfield, MA. Our domain name: www.sprucecreek1980.com is registered to Bryan K. Sapienza through Network Solutions. The management of the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page is solely responsible for it’s content, and reserves the right to modify the content or design of the page, or remove the site from the web at any time.
3. Use of the SCHS Class of 1980 Web Page shall be in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, of the United States, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the City of North Adams. The SCHS Class of 1980 reserves the right to refuse the publication of any submitted information or material at any time for any reason.
